When you browse

Our hosting infrastructure processes technical information such as your IP address, requested pages, and browser details to serve the website and maintain its operation. This website does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies. Fonts and project images are served from our own website.

When you send a project enquiry

Submitting the form sends your name, email address, selected service and message to our server and then to our team by email through Resend. We use this information to understand your project and reply to you. Resend and our email providers process the message to deliver it.

Our application retains a random reference, keyed hashes of your IP address and enquiry, a processing status and time to limit abuse and prevent duplicate sends. Records older than 24 hours are removed when subsequent enquiries are processed. It does not store your enquiry text or email address in that application database. Copies of the email may remain with the email provider and in our inbox.

If you prepare a brief instead

Prepare a brief creates a local draft without submitting the form. Copy brief places it on your device’s clipboard; Download brief saves a text file; Open email draft passes it to your email application. You decide whether to send that draft. Browser and email-app settings may retain entries, downloads, or drafts.

When you contact us directly

If you email, call, or message us on WhatsApp, you share the information you choose through that service. The WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp, where its privacy practices and terms apply. Opening the link does not send a message; you choose what to send. We use project enquiry information to understand your request and respond to you. Please avoid including passwords, payment information, or other sensitive records in an initial enquiry.
